Faults handling / Installation and other jobs • 24x7 responsibility on field activities and met the define SLA. • Carry out Installations within the SLA & fulfilling the customer’s requirements as much as possible. • Carry out other jobs type within the given SLA. • Provide technical assistance & keep coordination with other related departments such as TAC, Network Planning, Service provisioning, NOC. • Minimize repeating troubleshooting visits in responsible footprint. • Initiate preventive measures to avoid service impacts. • Installing, configuring & maintaining customer end radio links (Ericson E/ Cambium/ Ceregon/TNU/ I Passo). • Installing, configuring & maintaining − IPVPN (L3 & L2) − Internet leased lines − point to point data solutions − Broad band & XDSL links • Installing, configuring & maintaining customer end routers, switches. − Cisco / Maipu / Linksys / Huawei − Implementation of customer end Broad soft & IPcetrix solutions • Installing, configuring & maintaining VOIP,HPABX solutions − Configuration of IAD’s ( Inomedia & Audio code) − Configuration of IP phones ( Grandstream/ Linksys) − Configuration of POE manageable switches (LinKsys/3COM) Stock maintenance • Maintain sufficient stocks (MBL/ROL) of spares & accessories in Depots & vehicles/ bikes through the MMS /SAP. • Carry out the Usage and Return within the SLA. • Arranging the sudden deliveries & plan transport up to Depot level Submission Technical Report • Prepare a UAT/ Survey report on time. • Upload the reports to system Sales relate Activities • Bring new Sales or deliver the Sales leads. • Submit the necessary post sales document within 5 working days Depot/vehicle management • Maintain the buildings, office under guideline given by management. • Manage the Depot vans & bikes appearance and quality as per given guideline. • Maintain the pleasant depot environment • Maintain vehicle running Charts against each visit.
